Odin Zavier is an experienced real estate investor and strategist with a proven track record in residential, commercial, and development projects across British Columbia. Specializing in creative deal structures, distressed acquisitions, and joint ventures, he has consistently guided investors toward opportunities that balance risk with strong returns. His consultative, buyer-focused approach ensures that transactions protect capital while delivering measurable growth.
